Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager to join their team in Boston, MA. This role is crucial for bringing Alo's visual and product strategy to life in the store. The Visual Manager will be responsible for planning, product knowledge, analyzing reporting, and visual execution, all while ensuring the store is customer-ready.

The Visual Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and supporting the execution of operational and visual processes, championing strong visual standards, and leading strategic product presentation. This individual will utilize reporting tools, manage budgets, and lead a team through coaching and development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and supporting the execution of key operational and visual processes
  • Championing strong visual standards for the salesfloor
  • Leading strategic product presentation and merchandising
  • Effectively planning Visual floor changes through payroll management
  • Utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities
  • Representing the business in meetings and on conference calls
  • Managing the budget, reporting, and other business data
  • Leading a team through accountability and coaching
  • Overseeing the execution of deliverables on the sales floor
  • Collaborating and implementing the General/Store Manager’s vision

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agility and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Independent work ethic and time management skills
  • Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift
