Job Description
Alo is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager for their Amsterdam store. The role involves bringing Alo’s operational and visual strategy to life, focusing on inventory management, labor planning, visual execution, and ensuring the store is customer-ready.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
- Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues.
- Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor.
- Support sell-through management.
- Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls.
- Manage the budget, reporting, and other business data.
- Ensure that the Operations and Visual team exudes Alo's mission and guiding principles.
- Lead a team through accountability, coaching, and development.
- Establish internal & external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategy
- Oversee the execution of certain deliverables on the Alo Sales and Service Model.
- Collaborate and implement General/Store Manager’s vision and work cross-functionally with business partners.
Requirements:
- Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
- Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.

- Proof of right to live and work in the Netherlands from the start of employment
What the Role Offers:
- Full-time role with a 38-hour workweek (5 days).
