Visual Manager - Prudential Center

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for its Prudential Center location. This role is crucial for bringing Alo's visual and product strategy to life in the store. The Visual Manager will be responsible for planning, product presentation, analyzing reporting, and visual execution, with a focus on ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising.
• Plan visual floor changes and adapting visual support of general/store manager.
• Utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities with product placement and stock levels.
• Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls.
• Help with buiding internal & external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategy.
• Oversee the execution of deliverables on the sales floor.
• Collaborate and implement General/Store Manager’s vision and work cross-functionally with business partners.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
