Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for their store in Fort Worth, TX. This role is crucial for bringing Alo's visual and product strategy to life, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times. The Visual Manager will oversee visual execution, product presentation, and business performance data analysis.

Role involves:
  • Overseeing and supporting the execution of visual processes.
  • Leading product presentation and merchandising.
  • Planning visual floor changes and managing payroll.
  • Identifying business opportunities with product placement.
  • Representing the business in meetings.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including peak days, weekends, and the holiday blackout period.
