Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for their store in Fort Worth, TX. This role is crucial for bringing Alo's visual and product strategy to life, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times. The Visual Manager will oversee visual execution, product presentation, and business performance data analysis.
Role involves:
- Overseeing and supporting the execution of visual processes.
- Leading product presentation and merchandising.
- Planning visual floor changes and managing payroll.
- Identifying business opportunities with product placement.
- Representing the business in meetings.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including peak days, weekends, and the holiday blackout period.
