Visual Manager - Short Hills

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager for their store in Short Hills, New Jersey. The Visual Manager will assist the store leadership team and will be responsible for bringing Alo’s visual and product strategy to life in the store. The person will be passionate about planning, product knowledge, analyzing reporting and visual execution, with a focus on driving efficient and effective visual merchandising.

The Visual Manager will play a key role in ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times. Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests the Visual Manager takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and operating efficiently.

Role involves:

• Overseeing and supporting execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Championing strong visual standards for the sales floor by leveraging business performance data.
• Leading strategic product presentation and merchandising.
• Planning visual floor changes through payroll management.
• Identifying business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
