Visual Manager - UTC: La Jolla

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Manager in La Jolla, California. This role is a critical part of the store leadership team, responsible for bringing Alo's visual and product strategy to life within the store environment.

The Visual Manager will focus on planning, product knowledge, analyzing reports, and visual execution, ensuring the store is always customer-ready. Their main goal is to drive effective visual merchandising. This position requires constant movement around the store, including assisting guests and maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the store.

Role involves:

• Overseeing and supporting the execution of operational and visual processes
• Leading strategic product presentation and merchandising
• Planning visual floor changes and managing payroll
• Utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities
• Representing the business in meetings and conference calls
• Managing the budget and other business data
• Coaching teams and developing talent

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Open availability to work variable shifts, including peak days, weekends, and during the company’s blackout period.
