Job Description
Alo is seeking a Business System Analyst to focus on Human Resources systems. The role involves business process engineering, solution requirements, and design. The Analyst will work as part of the IT team to translate business requirements into architectural solutions for the development team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
Responsibilities: - Managing multiple products and supporting cross-functional teams across HR areas.
- Liaising between business partners and IT, providing analysis and test plans for system implementations.
- Planning and managing HR projects according to established standards.
- Evaluating business processes to identify gaps and risks.
- Analyzing root causes of control inefficiencies and recommending corrective actions.
- Understanding business strategies and supporting their execution.
- Developing risk models and mitigating potential control risks.
- Documenting business and technical specifications based on user requirements.
- Maintaining system protocols and user documentation.
Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of business/software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business or related fields.
- Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Design & Process Re-engineering, System architecture and Configuration in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of current technology standards/trends.
- Domain knowledge of HR technologies and solutions.
- Understanding of HRIS Implementations, agile software delivery methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
