The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology strategy, roadmaps, and platform evolution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise architecture strategy and governance.
• Design enterprise architectures for the retail industry.
• Evaluate new technologies for digital retail operations.
• Provide architectural guidance across stakeholder organizations.
• Lead cloud readiness and application modernization.
• Design deployment architectures for optimal performance.
• Oversee integration of omnichannel delivery methods.
• Collaborate towards a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of technical experience & 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience with composable commerce solutions.
• Experience using AI/data centric approaches to scale customer journeys.
• Strong systems engineering background.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UX, Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, automation.
• Experience with e-commerce leading platforms.
• Integration experience with third-party vendors.
• Experience with major cloud providers.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries.
