Job Description
Alo is seeking an OMS Lead to oversee the Order Management System. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment across all sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OMS solutions, ecommerce operations, and retail logistics.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of the Order Management System
  • Collaborate with Retail Tech, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to integrate the OMS with existing systems
  • Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, fulfillment, and returns management
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across all sales channels
  • Work closely with the supply chain and planning teams to forecast demand and plan replenishments
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor OMS performance and key metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of OMS-related projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the OMS remains cutting-edge
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Order Management System (OMS) design and development
  • Strong knowledge of OMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan OMS, IBM Sterling, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a multi-channel retail environment is highly desirable
Role offers:
  • The base salary range for this position is $175,000-$200,000 per year
