Sr. Solutions Architect, Digital Experience

Job Description

Alo is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to develop leading-edge digital solutions across various functions. The role involves shaping technology strategy and evolving the company's platform. He/she will be responsible for:

• Supporting the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategy.
• Conducting research, analyzing, and designing enterprise architectures for the retail industry.
• Evaluating new technologies and determining their applicability for digital retail operations.
• Providing architectural guidance across stakeholder organizations.
• Leading cloud readiness assessments and application modernization initiatives.
• Designing deployment architectures for enterprise services.
• Overseeing the integration of omnichannel delivery methods.
• Collaborating towards a culture of innovation and adoption of good engineering practices.

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of overall technical experience with at least 5 years leading teams as a solutions.
• Previous experience in driving composable commerce solutions for B2C digital commerce.
• Strong systems engineering background.
• Experience working with distributed team members both onshore and offshore.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well versed with UX methodologies, back-end integrations, Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, automation.
• Experience developing capabilities with leading e-commerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries – React, Vue, Next.js
