Manager of Corporate Development

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Manager of Corporate Development & Strategy to join the leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, financial analysis, and development, preferably within the retail or fashion sector. This role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction, enhancing financial performance, and driving key business initiatives. The role reports directly to the Vice President of FP&A and collaborates closely with senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cash flow management.
• Develop and maintain financial modeling.
• Monitor profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee and manage all due diligence requests for the company.
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to assess business opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals.
• Drive optimization of financial models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in corporate development, investment banking, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to convey complex financial information clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities and business acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
