Job Description
Alo is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development principles and business processes. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work with 3rd party developers, answering questions and providing feedback
- Collaborate with BA’s and the Business to help define the problem statement
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions that align with business objectives
- Write clean, well-documented technical specifications
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a software engineer
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and optimization
- Proficiency in writing detailed technical specifications and documentation
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
