Lead Game Analyst (Features)

Job Description

Wooga is seeking a Lead Game Analyst to mentor a team and drive data-informed decisions for their successful game titles. The Lead Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, develop analysis strategies, and optimize game features.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Game Analysts.
• Building partnerships with stakeholders to deliver actionable data insights.
• Developing analysis strategies for complex scenarios and AB-tests.
• Defining measurement and monitoring of product features.
• Initiating and leading projects to optimize new game features based on data analysis.
• Partnering with Data Science and Data Engineering teams on game-specific and strategic data initiatives.
• Communicating actionable results to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a product data analyst in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Python or another programming language for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with industry-standard data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Periscope, etc.).
