Job Description

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Staff Developer Advocate to be the voice and face of its developer community in India. This role involves creating technical content, engaging with developers, and gathering feedback for product development. The successful candidate will drive developer engagement and contribute to the growth of Temporal's open-source community.

The Staff Developer Advocate will work closely with engineering and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality content and messaging.

What This Role Involves:

  • Creating blog posts, tutorials, guides, diagrams, and videos.
  • Using data to inform and evaluate content efforts.
  • Engaging with the developer community through forums, social media, and events.
  • Gathering feedback from the community to influence product development.
  • Traveling to support and participate in developer events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Bangalore and be eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a strong focus on AI and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more of our SDK languages, distributed systems, state management, and workflow execution.
