Job Description

AlphaSense is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in London. This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support, focusing on fostering client relationships and demonstrating the value of AlphaSense's market intelligence platform.

The Product Specialist will work closely with prospective clients, offering deep technical knowledge and support to drive adoption of AlphaSense. They will also collaborate with sales and product teams to identify future product developments based on client feedback. AlphaSense acquired Tegus in 2024 and continue to grow and innovate their product.

The Role Involves:

  • Fielding support calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues locally and escalating when necessary.
  • Working with account management to provide training, customizations, and product consultations to users.
  • Assisting sales in product pitches and demos, communicating the value proposition of AlphaSense.
  • Identifying and packaging relevant content for distribution to sales and account management.
  • Gathering and relaying client feedback and product opportunities to relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Client-facing experience with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Energetic, creative, and curious with a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into simple terms.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to contribute to a dynamic team.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
