Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a Sales Engagement Consultant/Product Specialist to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support, focusing on building relationships with prospective clients and driving platform adoption. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive personality, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment. This role involves working with the world's largest and most successful investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, and asset managers.
Responsibilities include:
- Client Engagement: Conducting on-site client visits, hosting training sessions, and providing strategic guidance.
- Customer Health: Partnering with account management to provide tailored training and optimize workflows.
- Growth Initiatives: Supporting sales efforts by leading product demos and assisting in pitches.
- Market Insights & Advisory: Identifying key market trends and curating relevant content.
- Product Direction: Collaborating with teams to drive meaningful product improvements.

- Client-facing experience with the ability to develop rapport and maintain relationships.
- Strong communication skills to engage at any level of an organization.

- Must be willing to work from our NYC office at least 1 day per week
