AlphaSense is seeking a skilled Content Editor to join their team in Mumbai. The Content Editor will contribute to the conversion of recorded events into accurate transcripts for AlphaSense's clients. This role requires exceptional listening skills, solid English grammar, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Review, edit, and proofread transcripts for accuracy and clarity.
- Correct errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting.
- Ensure transcripts are contextually accurate and reflect industry-specific terminology.
- Organize, format, and deliver transcripts within set deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive content with discretion.
- Maintain steady focus to achieve best possible turnaround times.
Requirements: - Proven experience in transcription, editing, or a related field.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand different accents and audio qualities.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and punctuation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce error-free work.
- Proficiency in using text editing and document formatting software.
- Proficiency with tools such as instant messaging applications, Excel, and email.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple editing projects.
