Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their Corporate Sales team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling AlphaSense's market intelligence platform to mid-market corporate customers, focusing on new business acquisition within corporate vertical markets.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and prospecting to generate new leads
- Conducting technical demonstrations of the AlphaSense platform
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Forecasting accurately and developing a robust sales pipeline
- Gathering and communicating product feedback from clients
Requirements:
- Experience selling into corporate vertical markets (e.g., Technology, Media & Telecoms, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Sciences)
- Proven ability to articulate the 'science of sales' and consistently meet targets
- Experience in SaaS sales, preferably with financial information or research solutions
- Tenacity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to uncover business challenges
- Coachability and openness to feedback
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with personas in Corporate Strategy, Market Intelligence, and related functions
