- Sourcing and prospecting industry experts.
- Identifying and sourcing industry information.
- Contacting top decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Connecting investors with decision-makers.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A track record of success in sales, recruiting, account management, or sourcing.
- Experience with strategically sourcing and cold outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Persistence, drive, and a goal-focused mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Coachable with a willingness to learn.
