Nearform is seeking a Senior Developer for a contract position based in Poland. The role involves designing and building applications using JavaScript and working within agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions for enterprise clients.

As a Senior Developer at Nearform, the individual will contribute to modernizing enterprises with creative software.

Role Involves:

• Supporting component design, development, and maintenance.
• Assisting with defining structured practices for source code management, building, and deployment.
• Designing and implementing data storage solutions.
• Optimizing application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Gathering feedback from users and clients to build effective solutions.
• Assisting with the analysis of client requirements.
• Supporting technical leaders in project execution and timely delivery.
• Collaborating with client teams.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Significant experience as a Senior Developer with Node.js.
• Practical experience in agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of the JavaScript language and frameworks (Node.js, React/js).
• Strong understanding of version control tools (Git).
• Testing experience at all levels (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Practical experience with databases and automation, CI, and CD.
• Experience building software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews.
• Deep understanding of SQL Databases.
