Support Specialist, Sports Scientist at Hudl

Hudl is seeking a Sports Scientist Support Specialist to provide direct support to users, addressing intricate customer issues related to human performance. This role is based within the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol headquarters in Toluca de Lerdo, Mexico. The role involves:

• Monitoring internal and external load variables using software and hardware within the WIMU advanced athlete monitoring ecosystem.
• Improving product knowledge among customers in the Latin America region, specifically within Mexico.

The requirements include:

• Academic qualification in exercise, sports science, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of applied sport science in high-performance analysis, particularly in physical conditioning and wearable technologies.
• Adaptability to work within quick deadlines, including some weekends, and willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication skills to explain solutions clearly and empathetically.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
