Hudl is seeking an Implementation Consultant to enhance training efforts for its suite of products. The Implementation Consultant will focus on key professional customers in Japan and South Korea, serving as a subject matter expert to elevate users through Hudl Academies. This role is based in Tokyo and offers a flexible work policy.
The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively to align Sales teams and customers on goals.
- Training customers to ensure they maximize product usage.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, providing product feedback.
- Collaborating with Support, Sales, and Education teams.
Requirements include:
- Fluency in Japanese, Korean, and English.
- Hudl Sportscode experience.
- Adaptability to evolving strategies.
