PitchBook is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join their Account Management & Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving change, ensuring growth, and prioritizing customer success. They should be collaborative, curious, and possess a people-first attitude.

The Customer Success Associate will work on strategically important accounts, partnering with Account Managers to expand these accounts. This role involves developing a deep understanding of the supported accounts, their industries, and their business needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving demo volume goals
  • Consulting with clients to understand their needs and priorities
  • Building a strong pipeline with Account Managers
  • Managing inbound pipeline and identifying growth opportunities
  • Documenting client interactions in Salesforce
  • Driving client engagement through personalized sequences and marketing materials
  • Prospecting new accounts via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Booking demos and generating interest
  • Leveraging Outreach for timely communication
  • Reviewing client interactions using Gong
  • Developing expertise in the PitchBook platform

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Client-first attitude
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in financial markets or services
  • Strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
