Ramp Network is seeking a proactive FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will shape the financial future of the company by owning forecasting and reporting processes, delivering key insights to improve financial performance, and playing a crucial part in evaluating strategic business decisions.
- Building and maintaining financial forecasting models, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Preparing and monitoring cost budgets by department.
- Running management and Board reporting.
- Partnering across departments to support ad-hoc business cases and investment appraisals.
- Relentlessly seeking opportunities to improve and automate manual processes.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Business Analyst roles or similar areas.
- Financial model wizardry.
- Experience in running budget and forecast processes.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Get-things-done attitude.
- Ability to work independently and navigate through ambiguity.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and an open mind.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience using GSuite software, Excel, and data visualisation tools.
