VGW, an interactive entertainment company, is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to join their team in Sydney. The CRM Marketing Specialist will initially focus on maintaining and optimising the CRM for one of VGW's key brands, before integrating these activities into the broader CRM Lifecycle team and taking on responsibilities for additional verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle activity of LuckyLand Slots customers.
  • Improve the results of campaignsconsistently.
  • Communicate CRM plans effectively with stakeholders and customer services.
  • Manage the quality checks of campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Develop outstanding relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ CRM experience.
  • Understands the lifecycle of the customer.
  • Ability to structure tests, understand data analysis.
  • Experience of end-to-end campaign process.
