Senior Optimisation Specialist at VGW

This role focuses on maximising the return on investment from website traffic and marketing initiatives through data analysis, A/B testing, and implementation of user experience improvements.

The Senior Optimisation Specialist role involves:

• Analysing website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
• Conducting A/B testing and other optimisation experiments.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Creating detailed reports on conversion rate optimisation activities.
• Identifying and prioritising high-impact areas for optimisation.
• Conducting competitor analysis.
• Using qualitative and quantitative data to understand user pain points.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of implemented changes.

Requirements for the Senior Optimisation Specialist role:

• At least three years' experience in a similar role with CRO strategy experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
• Experience with A/B testing platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in using CRO tools and software (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
• Demonstrated success in increasing conversion rates and improving user experience.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
