Nozomi Networks is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving successful product adoption. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional account management skills, technical leadership, and excellent communication abilities. In this role, the candidate will:
  • Develop and manage a customer portfolio.
  • Drive revenue growth by demonstrating achievement of customer value measures.
  • Minimize customer churn through success plans.
  • Resolve customer requests and concerns.
  • Improve customer experience through data analysis.
  • Maintain customer information accuracy.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for Nozomi Networks.
  • Work across departments to ensure customer outcomes.
  • Aid in product design through customer feedback.
  • Assist in creating training materials.
  • Evaluate and improve communication infrastructure.
Requirements include:
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer success position supporting a technical product.
  • Experience onboarding customers and driving adoption.
  • Understanding of customer concerns and operational best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT and network security.
  • Technical skills for product demos and presentations.
  • Experience in a TAM or SE role is valuable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
