Nozomi Networks is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join their Engineering department in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining product-focused technical content for administrators, end-users, and internal employees. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Support, and Solution Engineering teams, ensuring the documentation is intuitive, maintainable, and high-quality.Role involves:
- Planning and creating new product-focused technical content.
- Driving strategy for technical content development and maintenance.
- Maintaining and revising documents mirroring product evolution.
- Partnering with subject matter experts.
- Engaging with support and customers to understand product experience.
- Advocating for users and providing UX/feature feedback.
- 10+ years in technical publications creating product documentation for enterprise software.
- Familiarity with oXygen XML Author, Dita XML, and Git.
- Working knowledge of topic-based authoring and multi-channel publishing.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical content within deadlines.
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to create consensus.
- Ability to operate in settings with confidentiality and data privacy protocols.
