Nozomi Networks, a leader in OT and IoT cybersecurity, is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join their Engineering department in Switzerland. The Senior Technical Writer will plan and craft technical content for administrators, end-users, and internal employees. He or she will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Support, and Solution Engineering. This role involves driving strategy to develop, write, and maintain technical documentation mirroring the evolution of Nozomi's products, such as Vantage, CMC, and Guardian. The Technical Writer will engage with Nozomi Support and customers to gain product experience and provide UX and feature design feedback.
- Planning and creating product-focused technical content
- Driving strategy for technical content development
- Maintaining and revising documents to reflect product evolution
- Collaborating with subject matter experts
- Understanding the product experience through customer interaction
- 10+ years of technical writing experience for enterprise software
- Familiarity with oXygen XML Author, Dita XML, and Git
- Working knowledge of topic-based authoring and multi-channel publishing
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical content
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
