Job Description

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to manage IT back-office integrations and operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, project management, and leadership skills to enhance end-user experience, infrastructure operations, and enterprise application management. This role involves troubleshooting, integrating new systems, and leading junior IT staff across multiple sites while supporting various offices and remote employees.

Role involves:

  • Providing Tier 2 technical support for IT infrastructure.
  • Managing and administering a mixed-platform client system environment (Mac OS, Windows).
  • Overseeing company-wide IT integration projects.
  • Driving automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior IT staff.
  • Implementing security best practices for IT systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure operations, and cloud-based systems management.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple IT environments.
  • Strong proficiency in enterprise IT tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack, and Entra ID.
  • Hands-on experience with IT automation, scripting, and integration projects.
  • Experience using automation tools like BetterCloud or Workato.
  • Experience with MDM tools like Kandji, Intune, or Jamf.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
