Nozomi Networks is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the EMEA region. This role is crucial in expanding the company's presence in OT and IoT cybersecurity. The BDR will focus on generating new business opportunities through lead qualification, setting up meetings for sales representatives, and prospecting within new and existing accounts.

Role Involves:

  • Discovering and developing new leads through online research and social media.
  • Generating qualified sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Achieving weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics for calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Working with regional sales directors to identify key decision-makers.
  • Creating engaging and personalized communication scripts.
  • Articulating the Nozomi Networks value proposition to potential customers.
  • Building relationships with field sales teams.
  • Supporting other marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • A track record in B2B lead and opportunity development, preferably in Cybersecurity or IT.
  • Fluency in English; French, Dutch, or Swedish is a plus.
  • Understanding of and experience working within a sales team.
  • Ability to use various contact methods, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Tenacious and target-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
