Nozomi Networks is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their EMEA team and contribute to the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities. The BDR will qualify leads, schedule meetings for sales representatives, and prospect new and existing business accounts to engage potential buyers. This role can be based in Italy, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom.
The role involves:
- Discovering and developing new leads through various online platforms.
- Generating qualified sales opportunities through research and follow-up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
- Identifying key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Creating engaging and personalized communication scripts.
- Articulating the Nozomi Networks value proposition.
- Building close relationships with the field sales teams.
- Supporting other marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- A track record in B2B lead and opportunity development, preferably within Cybersecurity or Information technology.
- Fluency in English; French, Dutch or Swedish nice to have.
- An understanding of how to effectively work within a sales team.
- The ability to utilize various contact methods.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities.
- A tenacious and target-orientated approach.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- The ability to motivate oneself when working remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject.
