Nozomi Networks is seeking a VP of Sales, APAC to expand its presence across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, the VP will build and lead a top-tier sales team, spearheading efforts to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling network security solutions to Global 2000 companies. They will take ownership of sales strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.Responsibilities include:
  • Accurately forecast annual and quarterly bookings.
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize profit.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class sales team.
  • Mentor account executives and sales managers.
  • Close new business deals and expand the customer base.
  • Develop revenue strategies tailored to product goals.
  • Lead the transition to term-based licensing.
  • Track and manage performance using OKRs.
To be successful, candidates should possess:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise sales within network security or SaaS.
  • Strong ethos around the use of technology and accurate reporting.
  • Expertise in selling to Global 2000 companies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking and deep understanding of modern sales tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive for improvement.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
