Job Description
Nozomi Networks is seeking a Director of Partner Sales for the EU region. This role involves working with the sales and technical teams to build a strong pipeline of channel-led business. The Channel Director will frequently communicate with senior leadership and needs to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and advancing innovative solutions with various partners.

Role involves:
  • Developing a regional channel partner strategy.
  • Recruiting targeted channel partners.
  • Enabling the channel partner ecosystem technically and in sales.
  • Managing channel and technology partner relationships.
  • Developing and presenting regular metrics reporting.
  • Exceeding quarterly sales bookings.
  • Meeting channel-specific objectives.
  • Learning new technologies and staying current with security trends.
  • Attending industry trade shows and security conferences.
  • Working with marketing to implement promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in technology software or information security.
  • Experience building and/or managing a regional channel program.
  • Ability to work effectively as a remote employee.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken English and proficiency in French, German, or Italian.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
