Nozomi Networks is seeking a Channel Director for EMEA to expand its OT and IoT Cybersecurity presence. The Channel Director will collaborate with Nozomi Networks' Sales and Technical teams to build a strong pipeline of channel-led business. This role involves frequent communication with senior leadership and requires passion for selling innovative solutions with various partners.
Responsibilities:
Develop a regional channel partner strategy for the EU
Recruit targeted channel partners to the Nozomi Networks’ channel program
Enable the channel partner ecosystem technically and in sales
Manage channel and technology partner relationships
Develop and present regular metrics reporting by partner
Exceed quarterly results for sales bookings
Meet Channel specific Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s)
Learn new technologies and remain current with information security news
Attend industry trade shows and security related conferences
Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement promotions with channel partners
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Proven sales experience in technology software or information security
Experience building and/or managing a regional channel program
Ability to work effectively as a remote employee
Excellent communication skills
Good written and spoken English proficiency and at least one of the following languages: French, German or Italian
