Job Description
Nozomi Networks is seeking a Software Engineering Technical Lead to join its Security Research team. This role involves mentoring and guiding a team of developers, making architectural decisions, and ensuring seamless integration of security infrastructure across Nozomi's product ecosystem. The Software Engineering Technical Lead will be working closely with other teams.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Driving architectural decisions for scalable cloud infrastructure.
  • Contributing to key technical projects and performing code reviews.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to integrate security infrastructure.
  • Championing best practices in software development, security, and observability.
  • Hiring and scaling the team.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:
  • Experience in managing and developing a technical team.
  • Proficiency in Python and Go, with experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Loki).
  • Experience with Agile practices.
  • Ability to operate in environments requiring strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
