Senior Team Lead, Training and Knowledge Base at VGW

VGW, an interactive entertainment company, is seeking a Senior Team Lead for Training and Knowledge Base in Toronto, Canada. The Senior Team Lead will lead the Training team and collaborate with the Learning & Development department to implement training initiatives. They will also oversee the Knowledge Base and Communications team, ensuring the consistency and upkeep of documentation and learning resources.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and facilitate training and product knowledge courses.
• Schedule and facilitate workshops and self-paced training.
• Adapt training methods based on learning needs.
• Conduct training evaluations and assess outcomes.
• Develop training modules and programs.
• Demonstrate stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Facilitate engaging discussions with team members and direct reports, focusing on development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor level degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and Training.
• Consulting, relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• In-depth knowledge of Learning & Development best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
