GWI is seeking a Mid/Senior Software Engineer in Test to join its QA Department in Athens. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality product delivery through test automation processes and DevOps practices.

The Software Engineer in Test will be responsible for leveraging the latest technologies to achieve shift-left testing and contribute to the continuous delivery pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks (preferred in Cypress and/ or Playwright)
  • Experience in testing both backend APIs and frontend applications
  • Experience in at least one industry standard CI/CD platform (Github Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
  • Good understanding of testing microservices and micro frontends.
  • Experience with GCP services
  • Knowledge of Typescript
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g k6.io, gatling)
  • Experience with monitoring platforms (e.g Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, Loki)
