Job Description

Pipe17 is seeking a Technical Writer to enhance user experience through clear and effective documentation. The Technical Writer will collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to develop documentation that helps users configure, operate, and integrate with Pipe17's platform. This role is crucial in ensuring customers, partners, and developers can easily adopt and maximize the power of Pipe17.

What this role involves:

• Developing and maintaining documentation for configuration & setup, operational oversight, and API documentation.
• Externalizing the SDK framework to make it accessible for outside developers.
• Establishing a structured approach to cataloging and prioritizing fragmented knowledge.
• Ensuring documentation is user-friendly, actionable, and regularly updated.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and support teams.
• Working with design tools like Figma, Markdown, and HTML.
• Researching and analyzing industry trends and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in technical writing.
• E-commerce knowledge (desirable).
• Content Structuring & Organization skills.
• Cross-Team Collaboration skills.
• Clear & Concise Writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
