Job Description
Pipe17 is seeking a LATAM ERP Solution Consultant to manage customer onboarding and provide post-sales support. The consultant will be involved in pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering and demos, and will act as a project manager and implementation lead during onboarding. They will also provide technical support, customizations, and upsell additional functionality.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, able to prioritize, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should be a self-starter who can work independently and contribute to process improvement. Experience in the ecommerce space, particularly with platforms like Shopify, Big Commerce, and ERP systems, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Own the customer relationship and define a success plan.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for leveraging Pipe17.
- Build in-depth customer relationships and understand their business goals.
- Lead multiple projects during the implementation phase.
- Translate business requirements into product use cases or technical requirements.
- Configure Pipe17 products based on customer requirements.
- Serve as a point of internal escalation on technical issues.
- Perform troubleshooting and development assistance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve customer goals.
- Create and improve documentation for customers and partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the software/tech industry.
- Onboarding background with ERP systems like Netsuite or Acumatica.
- Understanding of integrations (using REST APIs) with cloud systems.
- Ecommerce experience is highly desired.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid project management and customer management skills.
- Experience with Order to cash flow.
- Exposure to integrations with NetSuite.
