Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Key Account Director to focus on strategic accounts within the Global 500. The Key Account Director will identify opportunities, map accounts, and expand key stakeholder relationships to meet sales targets. This is a closing role responsible for the entire sales cycle and revenue from new customers. The Key Account Director will report to the senior leadership team.Role involves:
  • Working with a dedicated BDR team to identify opportunities
  • Attending meetings to present Darktrace and discuss cyber challenges
  • Running projects (POCs) with strategic opportunities
  • Running commercial negotiations
  • Working with Subject Matter Experts to address use-cases
  • Mapping key accounts and developing relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of full-cycle sales success in large-scale cybersecurity deals
  • Experience closing deals with large enterprise customers
  • Ability to leverage an existing network to develop a client base
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to hunt for new business and build rapport with senior decision-makers
