Android Engineer / Android エンジニア at PayPay Securities

PayPay Securities is seeking an Android Engineer to join their team and contribute to the development of their financial ecosystem applications. This role involves working on "Point Management" and "PayPay Asset Management," which are integral parts of PayPay's financial services. The company aims to expand its business by targeting individuals who are new to asset management, and the Android Engineer will play a key role in achieving this goal.

The Android Engineer will collaborate with engineers, designers, and QAs to build and enhance the PayPay Securities native app. They will participate in customizing the asset management and investment experience, developing prototypes for new features, and improving the app's architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and operating the PayPay Securities Native App using Java and Kotlin.
• Collaborating with product managers and designers to customize user experiences.
• Developing prototypes for new features and designs.
• Improving unit tests and app architecture.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Android application development experience.
• Experience with object-oriented design and Java/Kotlin.
• Knowledge of modern mobile app development methodologies and Android frameworks.
• Experience with REST API integration.
• Business-level proficiency in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese or JLPT N1).
