Product Manager / プロダクトマネジャー at PayPay Securities

PayPay Securities is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. This role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, and QAs to build a new organization within PayPay Securities. The Product Manager will play a key role in expanding the business to target individuals who have not yet started asset management or were previously uninterested.

Responsibilities:

• Create PRDs and collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams.
• Manage and execute the product development cycle.
• Drive the implementation of ideas into the product.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user challenges.
• Identify metrics to understand the user experience.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or 3 years of technical experience.
• Business level proficiency in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent).
