Automation QA Engineer / 自動化QAエンジニア at PayPay Securities

PayPay Securities is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to join their team. The company is part of the PayPay Group, a FinTech company in Japan with over 65 million users. PayPay Securities aims to provide accessible asset management services through its smartphone brokerage.

As an Automation QA Engineer, the individual will collaborate with engineers, designers, and other QAs to build a new organization within PayPay Securities. The role involves analyzing testing requirements, designing test scenarios, executing test cases, and analyzing results to ensure conformance to functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing testing requirements and developing testing scenarios.
• Designing test cases to demonstrate conformance to requirements.
• Executing tasks related to test cases, scripts, and data.
• Analyzing test results and recommending solutions.
• Supporting knowledge management and collaboration within testing teams.
• Performing assigned test-related work.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in executing and maintaining automated test cases for mobile apps, web apps, or APIs.
• Experience with Java coding (backend/server side).
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Business-level proficiency in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese or JLPT N1 equivalent).
