Data Analyst / データアナリスト at PayPay Securities

PayPay Securities is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team and contribute to the company's mission of revolutionizing asset management in Japan. The Data Analyst will work closely with engineers, designers, and QAs to build a new organization within PayPay Securities.

Responsibilities:

• Support product managers and executives in their decision-making with reliable data analysis.
• Promote ideas and interesting cases from other companies with data, and propose development/improvements for products and features.
• Design and propose product KPIs, providing and maintaining relevant dashboards for monitoring.
• Collaborate with business planning, marketing, and sales analysts to share analytical knowledge and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
• Design and build data warehouses and data marts for products, making it accessible for others to utilize product data.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proven ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in statistics (understanding of correlation, causation, various tests, etc.).
• Skills in designing, validating, visualizing, and reporting A/B tests.
• Japanese proficiency equivalent to at least JLPT N2.
