Affirm is seeking a Treasury Capital Operations Analyst to join their Treasury team. This role focuses on funding operations for Affirm’s loan portfolio. The analyst will work cross-functionally and use quantitative insights to drive decision-making within the Capital organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all capital and funding operations, interfacing with internal and external partners.
  • Oversee the movement of loan-related cash flows and develop a strong understanding of the loan portfolio.
  • Monitor concentration limits and triggers, identifying emerging trends proactively.
  • Manage internal and external audits for funding facilities.
  • Collaborate to improve current processes and propose new ones for stronger internal controls and scalability.
  • Provide management reporting and reconciliation for cash and loan portfolios.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly investor financial reporting for accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury or investment operations, preferably at a financial services firm.
  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of payments, liquidity management, and cash and risk management solutions.
  • Basic understanding of a lending P&L and various capital structures.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
