Chemaxon is seeking a CRM Solution Designer to join their team in Budapest. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in revising Chemaxon's CRM system and optimizing the customer journey. They will act as a bridge between Salesforce users and the development team, ensuring that the CRM system aligns with the needs of Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
About the roleHe/she:
- Drives the company-wide CRM strategy.
- Ensures CRM configuration aligns with business processes.
- Acts as a point of contact for Salesforce queries.
- Maintains scalable CRM processes.
- Enables teams using the CRM and related systems.
- Owns and prioritizes the Salesforce development backlog.
- Provides functional designs to the development team.
- Coordinates Salesforce development with external vendors.
- Creates and owns Salesforce process documentation.
- Drives and supports release activities.
- Collaborates with the BI team to maximize CRM Analytics value.
- Manages technical aspects of commercial systems.
Requirements: - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent business analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of software development pipeline.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
