Senior TypeScript AI Engineer at Make

Make is seeking a Senior TypeScript AI Engineer to join their team in Prague, Czechia. The company is a leading visual platform that allows users to design, build, and automate tasks and workflows without coding skills.

The Senior TypeScript AI Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing product features and customer solutions based on LLMs. The position involves working closely with product managers, software engineers, and AI/ML experts from Celonis AI Group to analyze, build, and improve scalable, high-quality AI products and features. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for designing and implementing new foundational technical components that will power the next generation of automation, impacting Make's customers.

What this role involves:

• Understanding business needs and formulating them into specific AI implementations.
• Developing scalable and high-quality AI/ML solutions.
• Fine-tuning models and consulting on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Pipelines.
• Implementing scalable and robust data collection mechanisms.
• Reviewing customer feedback and designing evaluation mechanisms.
• Building robust, low-latency infrastructure to serve AI/ML models.
• Designing intelligent techniques to integrate enterprise operational data.
• Writing and reviewing RFCs and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience.
• Advanced experience in TypeScript.
• Passionate about developing scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent command of English.
