Make is seeking a Product Technical Writer to join their Documentation team. The ideal candidate will create help content for users of the Make platform. This role involves researching, writing, revising, and publishing content to guide users in automating their work. The Technical Writer will equip users and partners with the knowledge needed to use the platform confidently.
Responsibilities:
- Research, write, review, revise, and publish technical documentation
- Create API documentation
- Collaborate with teams to address documentation needs
- Investigate platform features and create user-friendly explanations
- Ensure high-quality through attention to detail
- Craft microcopy and text for the product interface
- Improve content based on feedback
- Develop style guides and documentation standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Proficiency in writing API documentation
- Ability to explain complex topics to a non-technical audience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage work independently
- Interest in programming concepts
