Make is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in Prague. The company is a leading visual platform that allows users to design, build, and automate tasks without coding. The Senior Product Designer will focus on exploring new business opportunities for how Make integrates with different platforms.

The role involves understanding customer needs, delivering design visions, creating detailed UI screens in Figma, and contributing to Make’s design system. The ideal candidate should think holistically about how Make fits into a larger ecosystem of SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of new solution areas by understanding customer needs.
  • Deliver design visions and concepts for the future direction of Make.
  • Create detailed UI screens in Figma.
  • Contribute to Make’s design system.

Requirements:

  • Belief in the power of diverse teams working with complex systems.
  • Hands-on experience with design at all stages.
  • Passion for problem-solving and understanding complex systems.
  • Desire to innovate and generate new ideas.
  • Strong UX decision-making based on user research and data.
  • Excellent UI skills and experience with design systems.
  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Portfolio of prior UX/UI work.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English.
